THERAPY
TEENS, ADULTS, SENIORS
I am an LICSW with an extensive background in assisting clients through difficult life transitions. I believe that no two people experience a challenging event the same way, and this impacts our response and reaction. Sometimes an experience can cause us to feel trapped, or stuck. Therapy can benefit us by providing support and guidance to help recognize our unique strengths that can help us begin to move forward. To me, forming a therapeutic alliance begins with carefully listening to my client share their story and experience.
I have fifteen years of experience working with clients facing acute and chronic medical issues and helping them cope with the depression and anxiety that can often accompany these issues. I am experienced and comfortable with providing grief and loss support. I recently completed my Compassion Fatigue Professional Certification. In doing so, my goal is to better support clients who are caregivers or front line staff as well as other individuals who have been struggling with new challenges since the onset of the COVID-19. I practice with mindfulness, CBT and motivational interviewing.

THERAPY
CHILDREN, ADOLESCENTS, TEENS, ADULTS
I firmly believe that each of us holds valuable insights about our own lives. My goal is to offer exceptional and personalized care, specifically tailored to address the unique challenges you bring to our sessions. I support my clients by helping them identify and use their strengths to achieve goals and thrive in their everyday lives.
After receiving an MSW from Springfield College in 2016, I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and their families in a variety of settings. I am experienced with addressing challenging behaviors as well as offering support to a child’s caregiver.
I employ a range of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. My mission is to create a space where you or your child feel genuinely valued and cared for, no matter the source of the conflict. Together, we can empower you to develop and embrace healthy coping skills, enabling you to navigate life's obstacles with resilience.

THERAPY
YOUNG ADULTS, ADULTS, SENIORS
I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, ADHD, codependency, and challenges in relationships and parenting. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, grounded, compassionate space to explore your experiences, strengthen self-worth, and develop practical tools for greater clarity, emotional resilience, growth, and meaningful connection. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic and attachment theories as well as nervous system-informed practices, including Polyvagal Theory, to support emotional regulation, especially for those healing from trauma or chronic stress and anxiety. Drawing on my background as a registered yoga and meditation teacher, I often weave in mindfulness and somatic practices to deepen presence and strengthen self-trust and awareness.
Special interests include supporting those struggling with perfectionism, anxiety, ADHD, codependent patterns, and parenting stress. I’m also passionate about helping clients navigate life transitions including identity shifts, loss, career changes, and the demands of high-pressure roles.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent two decades in marketing and communications.
My therapeutic experience spans medical and community-based outpatient settings.

THERAPY, SUPERVISION, CONSULTATION
CHILDREN, TEENS, ADULTS
I believe therapy begins with trust and vulnerability. Together we will build a relationship that feels safe to ensure your best treatment outcomes. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker having experienced more than 10 years in the field. I am a graduate of Boston College and have grown CPG from my vast experience working in the outpatient world and with children and families in my earlier career at Boston Children’s Hospital.
My approach to therapy remains eclectic as I believe no person or client is exactly the same. We all need something different out of life, and we believe therapy is no different. My work is client centered, strengths based, and I practice with mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution focused psychology.

THERAPY
ADOLESCENTS, TEENS, ADULTS
Since graduating from Boston College in 2019, I have had the privilege of working with patients and families who are coping with a life-altering injury or illness in a hospital setting and I am excited to bring this experience into outpatient practice. I aim to provide a non-judgmental and welcoming space for clients to share and process.
I'm passionate about providing trauma-informed, individualized support to my clients and I pull from many different theories and modalities to tailor therapy to their specific goals and concerns. I believe that a therapist's role is to empower a client to recognize and utilize the strengths that they are already in possession of to make sustainable changes that improve their wellbeing.

THERAPY
ADULTS, SENIORS
I recognize that starting therapy with a new clinician is an extremely vulnerable position and am here as a safe space to take steps forward. I am a LICSW with years of experience counseling individuals within their healthcare setting and have a passion for collaborating on concrete strategies to help get unstuck, heal, integrate and make sustainable change. You can expect to work side by side with me as we practice strategies to cope with greater ease.
I believe that therapy should be individualized and use an eclectic approach focused on cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness practice, behavioral activation and problem solving. My style is active, holistic, engaging, and based on consistent client feedback. I have experience with interpersonal and family relational challenges, perfectionism, grief/loss, anxiety, depression and life transitions. My additional training in primary care behavioral health from UMass Medical School offers a specialty in working with people facing medical issues and/or integrating mental and physical health. I earned my MSW from Salem State School of Social Work in 2012 and BA from Brandeis University in 2006.
